I arrived at 4:30 the nextt afternoon, and the vehicle was out front, ready to go. I took a test drive, liked the vehicle, and Doug streamlined the whole process through finance, and delivered thhe car to me very fast. I was probably in send out in about an hour and a half. I credit it all to Todd Rodenwald and his personal and sincere attention to me as a customer and for that, I give them 7 stars. I am deducting 3 stars from that rating because I am a bit disappointed with the lack of attention to detail the service department had when it came to filling out warranty paperwork and installing the accessories and loading the GPS navigation that I purchased at the time of the deal and the slew of generic emails I received from the dealer after the purchase introducing me to services that I already purchased. This takes away from the personalized attention that Todd invested. One suggestion I would have is keep the customer up to speed regarding the process leading up to delivery and make sure everything the customer purchased as add-ons are installed prior to delivery! Also, don't have the service department call the customer reminding of an appointment for accessory install if you haven't delivered the vehicle yet. More

We went into the dealership "looking" and left with my husbands wish granted.... with that being said, we got there at 4pm and left about 630pm. An hour and a half past the closing time. Todd did not rush anything and even came into the truck to help us get used to all the bells and whistles.... Dane did not rush or push us either.... a completely excellent experience and we would highly recommend to all of our friends family and co-workers. Thank you again!! More

The moment I walked into the auto mall, I was greeted by a friendly face (and a classic Minnesota accent). Todd Rodenwald welcomed me to Ryan and asked what brought me in today. I simply stated what type of vehicle and options I was looking for and he directed me to the perfect Jeep right there on the floor. Ended up test driving a similar Jeep...in a snow storm...overnight! It looked pretty good in the driveway, but the one on the floor was the one for us. Brought the vehicle back the next day and we signed the papers right then and there. Great customer service; friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, sales and service people with a no pressure attitude. I would recommend to anybody looking for a new vehicle stop by and see Todd at Ryan Auto Mall! More
