Digging our Durango! Thursday last week our trip to Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo was more than we expected. We were met at the door by Amanda Greenwaldt, and she was the las Thursday last week our trip to Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo was more than we expected. We were met at the door by Amanda Greenwaldt, and she was the last person to see us off in our new Durango! We can't say enough about how well we were treated while looking, first for a used car, to our final selection of a new Durango!. With the personal assistance from Amanda throughout the process, and then Dane Dombush, in finance, we were able to move to a new vehicle. The closing paperwork with Shaun was easy and quick. They were all very helpful, cooperative, and prepared to make the transaction smooth and comfortable once we made our selection. While waiting to pick up our Durango on Saturday morning, Rob Ryan personally came by to ask how everything went for us during our visit! We had a great visit. This was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival I was directed to work with their mini-van expert, Andy Frechette. Andy, being a parent of a few children, was able to give me the expertise and knowledge that I needed to jump into a used Mini-Van (on top of great tips on how to utilize some of the features). The overall process from end to end was very smooth and my wife and I walked away very happy with our experience.
