Digging our Durango! Thursday last week our trip to Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo was more than we expected. We can't say enough about how well we were treated while looking, first for a used car, to our final selection of a new Durango!. With the personal assistance from Amanda throughout the process, and then Dane Dombush, in finance, we were able to move to a new vehicle. The closing paperwork with Shaun was easy and quick. They were all very helpful, cooperative, and prepared to make the transaction smooth and comfortable once we made our selection. While waiting to pick up our Durango on Saturday morning, Rob Ryan personally came by to ask how everything went for us during our visit! We had a great visit. This was greatly appreciated. Andy, being a parent of a few children, was able to give me the expertise and knowledge that I needed to jump into a used Mini-Van (on top of great tips on how to utilize some of the features). Based on past experiences at (many) other dealerships, I absolutely DREADED driving to Buffalo to talk with yet another dealer. But, it was a nice sunny day, and I could not resist the PRICE that Ryan Auto Mall advertised for the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, so thought I'd "tough it out" and see what they had to say. My wife expected me to be in a bad mood when I got home, but couldn't believe how pleasant I was! It was a reflection of my entire experience at Ryan! Kirk Crowell was extremely courteous, very friendly, and NOT AT ALL "pushy." He seemed genuinely interested in not only getting me the car that I wanted, at a price that was agreeable to me, but also in making the entire process a very pleasant experience! The same goes for everybody else that I dealt with (no matter how briefly) at Ryan. I went from "just window shopping" to closing a deal in a VERY short time, and took delivery just a few days later -- despite a break for the Thanksgiving holiday. Now, just two days later, I am thrilled with my purchase, and my experience at Ryan, and will be happy to recommend their dealership to any- and everyone I know who might me in the market for a new (or even slightly used) automobile. It was WELL worth the trip from Eden Prairie! More

I recently purchased a Hemi GC from Ryan and the overall experience was great. Amada Greenwaldt was great to work with from my first phone call thru the entire purchase process. When I visited she made an effort to have the vehicle detailed and ready in their garage showroom. This was a step other dealers in town did not do. Dane Dornbush was able to get me a great finance rate (lower than others in town) and made that process go very smooth. Ryan's advertised pricing seemed to be lower than others in town as well. I would defimetley return for future purchases. More
