I contacted the salesperson to ask if the rock peck had been treated to prevent it from spreading. I was not asking Bluff City to treat it, I was only asking if it had been treated or not so I could get it done if it had not been. Well, it had not been but they had me bring the car back to the dealership. The service technicians repaired the rock peck. You can’t even see where it was. I literally thought they had installed a new windshield. Then, I get an emailed receipt that’s showed no charge?!? I asked several times about paying for it but was told that it was no charge. Everyone in this dealership from the receptionist to the sales person to finance dept to the service technicians to the owners are all knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. It truly has a family feel when you walk in the door. I am a first time customer and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!! More
