My complaint about Jaguar Landrover Bluff City My complaint about Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis tennessee. Address:6335 Wheel Cove Memphis, TN 38119 The service at Jaguar My complaint about Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis tennessee. Address:6335 Wheel Cove Memphis, TN 38119 The service at Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis Tennessee., is horrible from the G.M. who is always out of the office and so unconcern with the operation of this location that Jaguar car owners are driving 3-4 hours to have service redeem at a distant dealership. The mechanics are so lazy and inexperienced they can't fix or change oil without damaging your car, trust me I have witnessed it and you can also see the complaints filed on BBB.org website. Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis Tennessee, had my Jaguar from May 14,2020 to June 11,2020 to fix transmission. The Jaguar was driven in and taken out a month later on a TOW truck from Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis tennessee along with me paying $2068.00 for Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis tennessee labor. On May 14, 2020 I drove my Jaguar xf premium-luxury into Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis Tennessee with transmission issues. The Jaguar service tech informed me that my transmission had to be replaced. I gave them my warranty information, the service tech later informed me that the warranty company refused to cooperate with them because the Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis, Tennessee, cannot give them the direct problem with the transmission. So I ( the jaguar car owner) purchased a transmission from a certified transmission dealer. The transmission arrived May 26,2020. On that day the service tech called me ( jaguar owner) about the transmission, because they were having other transmission from another car owner delivered to the shop, they didn't want to place the wrong transmission in. I called a week later getting updates on my car. I was informed that the transmission was good but needed a transmission pan because it got cracked, the cost was an additional $700. After the conversation i called 3 days later the car was good and being test driven. June 9, 2020 i decide to drive to Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis tennessee, to check on car for service tech to tell me my car was not drivable and they believe the transmission no good, the jaguar been there a month to be TOW off Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis tennessee lot and to pay for labor. How can Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis tennessee, able to get away with stealing from their customers? How can Jaguar Landrover Bluff City dealership in Memphis tennessee have a car a month and Towed off it lot to be towed to another Jaguar dealership, and not feel shame or concern about it trust to the people. My suggestion is to hire people with integrity and passion for their customers., because your cars are as wonderful as the people who are representing them such as your workers. Love and Thank, my dream car experiencing shattered! More

Disappointed Dane was out on the day that I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle, David was cordial but not as friendly as the other service guys. He didn't inform Dane was out on the day that I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle, David was cordial but not as friendly as the other service guys. He didn't inform me of any services or test nor diagnostics that was performed on my vehicle. Nonetheless; it was the first time that I was disappointed with unfriendly service. However; Todd showed up with his usual bubbly personality and put a smile on my face! Thanks Todd! More

I will start by saying I’m assuming this isn’t their usual level of service since they have had to change some thing due to the COVID-19 response, but I think the thing that struck me was their lack of usual level of service since they have had to change some thing due to the COVID-19 response, but I think the thing that struck me was their lack of communication about the repairs to my vehicle. I scheduled my appointment in their website for 7:30 am, but no one informed me they changed their hours to open at 8 am. I decided to wait for my car, as it’s the only one I have, and it wasn’t until a couple of hours I was called back to discuss it. No problem. I approve the work and then go back to wait. They have a great customer service lounge with refreshments, but Fox News killed me softly. I wait for another couple of hours before I go back to the service department to inquire if my car would be finished today or would I need to come back. It was then and only then I was told that one of the repairs would take 7 hours. You mean I could have been home? So, I was told someone could take me home and would be back in 20 minutes. Thirty minutes later I’m still waiting and then go back to the service department to see what happened. They call around and then about 10 minutes later I’m driven home by one of the advisors. I was promised a call later that day or the next morning, but didn’t receive any call. I called the next day for an update and had to subsequently call back for regular updates since they have a Monday-Wednesday crew and a Thursday-Saturday crew due to COVID-19. The silver lining was that picking up my car was a positive experience thankful to Dane. I will be taking my car back to get repaired later next week, and I hope that there will be greater communication, especially with a first time customer to their dealership who is spending thousands of dollars in repairs. I know they are the only Range Rover dealership in Memphis, but communication and customer service go a long way. More
