Really took care of me. Had a small emergency that I needed them to check before I travels and they worked to get me in quickly. The best part was they helped to deal with the issue why I waited. The overall experience was confusing. I took my car in for service and my appointment was made with David. He appeared surprised and could not find my paperwork. My car service was completed in one day. for service and my appointment was made with David. He appeared surprised and could not find my paperwork. My car service was completed in one day. David called and asked me about another service which he said would be completed that day. No one called me to tell me my car was finished. Day 5, I called and some young lady says "it appears to be complete". My checkout service with Dane Duncan was wonderful!! Dave was telling me he sent someone to get my car, when it was parked in front of me, Wow! I'm only giving 3 stars because of my experience with David. More

Mike and Dane are great. They desperately need more loaner cars for people like me that live 100 miles from the Land Rover dealership and need repair. Every time I need something I have to drive 2 ho loaner cars for people like me that live 100 miles from the Land Rover dealership and need repair. Every time I need something I have to drive 2 hours one way and take an entire day off work. I can’t come over at night and drop off and use a loaner. It’s not feasible long term. It’s almost like you have to live in Memphis to drive a Range Rover and her service comfortably. This is my second Range Rover in last 4 years and the experience has been same. Again mike and Dane are great they just have almost zero loaner cars. More
