The service department was understaffed loaner cars were dirty. The staff ask me for licenses and credit cards information as if I was going to steal there dirty car and was told not to use up all the ga dirty. The service department is very attentive to the needs of the customers, as well as accommodating. Their loaner cars are always fun and enticing, but their lounge is nice and comfortable if you choose to wai the customers, as well as accommodating. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a used 2011 Land Rover HSE through a fly-by-night dealership in Washington. I needed to ensure it was safe to drive to Mexico where I was he I bought a used 2011 Land Rover HSE through a fly-by-night dealership in Washington. I needed to ensure it was safe to drive to Mexico where I was headed next. I called and scheduled an appointment and had them go through it and find any issues that would potentially become a problem. Needless to say, there were many! Mr. Duncan worked with me to ensure I only fixed what was necessary and I never felt like I was being forced to have any repairs done that wasn't required. I appreciate him trying to work with me and also applying a small military discount on the final bill. I was given a courtesy car for a few days while all the repairs were being done. I appreciate the time they took to ensure I left with a safe and reliable vehicle for my next adventure in life. Mr. Duncan was great to sit with and he even helped me change out a piece for my windshield wiper at the end! I highly recommend this place to everyone! More
