Unacceptable I arrived at the dealership at 9 am. I was told my service would take approximately 1 hour to complete. I was told that if more work was required and I arrived at the dealership at 9 am. I was told my service would take approximately 1 hour to complete. I was told that if more work was required and would take longer, they would let me know and I would come back the following week for a previously scheduled appointment and loaner car. No big deal. I can wait an hour. At 12 pm my car was still not ready. Honestly, I’m not even sure they had started on it. I asked for my car and left. This was the icing on a two week long disaster of a cake with the service department. Many unreturned phone calls regarding issues with my F Pace. I have 9 months left on my lease and had decided to purchase. Now, I will spend the next 9 months deciding on my new car and I can guarantee it won’t come from Bluff City. This product is too expensive to receive less than excellent customer service. More

Great customer service! New tire I was disappointed in how long it took to put a new tire on. I was told they were busy but it would take a “little” while. That was an hour and a half I was disappointed in how long it took to put a new tire on. I was told they were busy but it would take a “little” while. That was an hour and a half. They came out and said they were bringing it around and then was told I had a bent rim. They would need to put me in a car. Then in a few minutes I was told it was ready. Every person I came In contact with couldn’t have been nicer. I just felt that was a long time to put a new tire on. More
