Arrived for first appointment and they said I didn't have one, even though it was confirmed via email. They did take the car and did an oil change. That was fine. But they said the issue I was having woul one, even though it was confirmed via email. They did take the car and did an oil change. That was fine. But they said the issue I was having would not be looked at until at least another day. They emailed me to reschedule so I showed up and the person who I talked to and was suppose to meet wasn't there. They did take the car again. A day and a half later I was called and told it is all set and ready for pick up. They handed me the keys and I asked "all fixed?" and I was told NO. If I would not have asked I would have just assumed it was. They weren't even going to tell me. Then when I asked why, I was told they couldn't replicate the issue so I asked to show the tech and was told NO. Then the lady just turned her back and walked away. I asked is that it? She said "yep" so I just left. I wasted two trips to this place and nothing was done. More

seems like it is hard to schedule an appointment - timely. the previous times I have tried - even for oil change - was a few days - or week - wait. this time I brought the car in as instructed, and timely. the previous times I have tried - even for oil change - was a few days - or week - wait. this time I brought the car in as instructed, and it was not started on for two days. Service call was safety item related, so I wanted to get it done by dealership - it took three separate trips over a year to find and correct the issue - was intermittent but if it did not show up on diagnostic tool, seemed like they had no clue as to what to do. Though I never heard from dealership that they had - I thought issue should have be escalated up to next level with GM for resolution early on. More
