Mrs Danette Pizzolato was an excellent help with my services at the dealership. I really don’t like Dwain Lefebre he was very rude to me and seem like he did not want to speak with me or look me in the services at the dealership. The service team from Crown Buick is truly a team working together for the benefit of its customers. If initial tech service person is busy , someone else steps in with a smile. The issue with our Yukon has been to the service center 5 times now for an issue with the radio/sound/car play issue. The dealership cannot fix the issue because GMC is "aware of the problems like this but times now for an issue with the radio/sound/car play issue. The dealership cannot fix the issue because GMC is "aware of the problems like this but has not issued a fix for it yet". Our vehicle was 2 years old when this issue began (is now 2 1/2 years old) and cost us $80,000. This issue should be able to be fixed without repeated return of the vehicle to the service department. Again, the service center has been wonderful, but the issue needs to be addressed by GMC at a faster pace than this. More
