The service overall has been good, but a few issues have affected my experience. My truck is regularly returned with greasy fingerprints on the exterior after service. The dealership previously offered a affected my experience. My truck is regularly returned with greasy fingerprints on the exterior after service. The dealership previously offered a complimentary wash, though I’m unsure whether that is still available. Regardless, I expect my vehicle to be returned at least as clean as it was when I dropped it off. Additionally, a warning indicating a problem with my front collision sensor was displayed on the dashboard during both of my last two visits. Neither time did anyone bring it to my attention or discuss diagnosing it, despite my having purchased an extended warranty through this dealership. I also recently discovered that my wheel lock key—the master key used to remove the locking lug nuts—is missing, apparently since I purchased four tires from the dealership last year. I had not noticed it was missing until now. I appreciate the service team’s work, but greater care with vehicle cleanliness, keeping track of vehicle accessories, and communicating about visible warning indicators would improve the customer experience.
