I have used this dealership twice now. Dani Paiz has been accessible and has been quick to reply. Her follow up has also been fantastic. She has a very professional demeanor and at the Dani Paiz has been accessible and has been quick to reply. Her follow up has also been fantastic. She has a very professional demeanor and at the same time makes you feel like she cares. This dealership fixed a problem that another dealership claimed to fix but didn’t. I will continue to take my car to the Ontario location and I am hopeful that Dani will be my service writer for many years to come. More

This service department is absolutely fantastic! Dani Paiz is usually my service advisor, but was on vacation when my vehicle was in need of service. She is always fantastic, and I will say that Ale Dani Paiz is usually my service advisor, but was on vacation when my vehicle was in need of service. She is always fantastic, and I will say that Alex Wong did not disappoint either! Alex Wong provided me with exceptional customer service and communication. Audi Ontario is hands down the best of Walter's Audi service department & I will definitely continue to go to this location! More
