Daniel went above and beyond for us! He was open and honest. He found the right truck for our situation vs. a more expensive option that was on the lot. He drove down to Colorado Springs He was open and honest. He found the right truck for our situation vs. a more expensive option that was on the lot. He drove down to Colorado Springs, picked up the truck, drove it back to Alpine detailed it and delivered it to us late on a Saturday night. Daniel truly put the customer first in all aspects of our transaction. Daniel should teach & mentor other sales professionals. Obviously out of Daniel’s control, but the process at the dealership took way too long and the typical back and forth aprovals were a waste of everyone’s time. Fix the process and automate it! No more printing paper & running paper back & forth for approvals. I should be able to do everything electronically in 15 minutes or less. Invest in technology and enable a more efficient streamlined process reducing manual errors and improving customer satisfaction. Enable your sales team with the right tools and focus on putting the customer first! Still waiting to hear from the service department regarding a busted bumper on our brand new truck! It’s almost been a week. More

Alpine Buick GMC in Littleton, Colorado These are the incredible people who helped me with my recent purchase of a GMC 2500 AT4 at Alpine Buick GMC: Emilie Metzler, Alex Smithlin, Daniel Bernhardt, and R incredible people who helped me with my recent purchase of a GMC 2500 AT4 at Alpine Buick GMC: Emilie Metzler, Alex Smithlin, Daniel Bernhardt, and Rodrigo Guevara. From start to finish, everyone treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism throughout the entire process of purchasing my truck, as well as during my first scheduled service. The first oil change was completely seamless — not only did they provide me with a comfortable loaner vehicle to take care of errands, but they also maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, making it stress-free. A special shoutout goes to Daniel for making the deal simple, transparent, and straightforward. He made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Alex in Finance also deserves major recognition — his knowledge and expertise with GMC’s finance products are unmatched. I had a million questions about the different warranties I purchased, and he answered every single one without hesitation. His depth of understanding made the process smooth and worry-free. Now, I have to take a moment to truly highlight Emilie because she was the driving force behind this entire experience. From the moment I first reached out, she went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She personally made sure my truck was set aside so no one else could purchase it, and she connected me with the right people every step of the way. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care for her customers set her apart. Emilie didn’t just make this deal happen — she made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Without her, this purchase would not have been the same. Rodrigo in Service was also incredible — his professionalism and attention to detail made my first service visit effortless. It’s rare to find a team that works so well together and genuinely puts the customer first. Overall, my experience at Alpine Buick GMC has been nothing short of outstanding. Thank you to Emilie, Alex, Daniel, Rodrigo, and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and the level of care I’ve received. More
