Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a sales manager, who told me in these exact words that "I'm too stupid to know how much an oil change costs" followed with "you just look stupid." Whenever it comes time for us to purchase a vehicle again it will be from Mason for as long as he’s in the business! He cared so much about building a relationship with us instead of telling us what we wante it will be from Mason for as long as he’s in the business! He cared so much about building a relationship with us instead of telling us what we wanted to hear just to get us to buy the car. By the time we left we felt like we’d made a new friend! There was a few times we had an issue with our monthly payments being way more than what we wanted to pay, but Mason understood and didn’t push us at all. Everyone was so very helpful, especially Dan! Dan done whatever he could to get us driving away with the car we wanted and cared so much to have us be the happiest customers walking away with it. We spent around 5 hours at the dealership over the span of a couple days, but not one time did we dread the process. If we had to do it all over again we most definitely would. It was such a calm, relaxing and friendly environment just because of the people working there. Everyone was so welcoming and cared to stop and have a conversation with you!
