Very displeased with this dealer ive always heard horror stories about Serra, but hoped it would not be true... Very poor leadership and communication and above all dishonest. would not recommend no one to stories about Serra, but hoped it would not be true... The service manager Chuck went above and beyond to make sure I was more than happy with my new car. They have taken such good care of my vehicle and kept it fully serviced.
