Service Advisor sucked. He didn’t come update me on my vehicle and then stated that the technician didn’t tell him about the recommendations that were stated in the video I received. I also had to walked vehicle and then stated that the technician didn’t tell him about the recommendations that were stated in the video I received. I also had to walked all over the dealership parking lot to find my vehicle when I left. More
