Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Experience Earlier this week I visited Checkered Flag Toyota because I had some questions about my new 2016 Camry. I was warmly greeted by Product Specialist Jaclyn Campbell who stayed with me while the receptionist determined that the the salesman from whom I purchased the Camry, Daniel Dalton, was not due in until later in the day. Jacklyn wisely brought a representative of the Business Office to meet me and who confirmed that several mailings from various sources about extended warranty I had received were actually bogus, thus alleviating my concerns about them. She then accompanied me to my Camry and proceeded to answer my questions, all the while exhibiting a wealth of product knowledge expressed in the clearest manner and ascertaining that my understanding of our discourse was complete.
