I have been very disappointed with the service I received here. I have purchased three cars from this same dealership over the past 4 years and up until this purchase on 12/24/2023, I have been beyond satis here. Daniel, the salesman was the best part of the experience. Thank you Daniel for being a fantastic salesperson. Unfortuantely, other team members were unable to follow through with their words. I purchased a 2024 Seltos and I wanted to get the maintenance package that covers the car for maintenance for 36 months. I was told at the time of financing that for whatever reason, it could not be done on that day, however I could go there the following Wednesday to meet with the Finance person, Alex. I could not go on Wednesday due to personal scheduling however i contacted Alex and he said, "No problem. Come in on Saturday." I showed up on Saturday and literally waited over 2 hours and was not seen. I was told that now he could do it without me being present and it would be handled on Monday. Monday came and went, but i continued to call, text, etc. and no response. Finally today, I contacted the Finance Manager and spoke with somone who transferred me directly to Alex to resolve the issue that he could not resolve prior to this. The resolution: Finally, I got the maintenance contract as i planned, however the frustration I had to deal with over the past 3 weeks has been enough to take my business to another dealership. Sorry DTLA Kia - this one cost you. More
