Unnecessary unfair expense toma customer Car had a complete drained Batterie 3 times in 3 years twice during warranty. Problem was not detected during warranty, was told nothing is wrong Car had a complete drained Batterie 3 times in 3 years twice during warranty. Problem was not detected during warranty, was told nothing is wrong This week problem came up again Service advisor told me Car need a software update ,software is draining battery Surprisingly Service new about the Problem,why not during Warranty?? Had to pay $242,00 for a new Battery and a software update I think this is a Honda issue and the cost should not be passed on to the customer?.. Im dissatisfied with this action and Honda just lost a customer. We had in mind to trade this car in this month for a upgrade CRV, we will switch back to Toyota More
