Prompt. Responsible. I was stranded in town with a flat tire, on my way to a Christmas party. Before I left with a ride, Ford mechanic was already pumping up Responsible. I was stranded in town with a flat tire, on my way to a Christmas party. Before I left with a ride, Ford mechanic was already pumping up my tire. One hour later my car was ready. I knew I just needed to get to Ford, though my tire was dangerously losing air as I furiously drove down Morton. I like the TRUST I have in Westown Ford. Thank you! More

I keep going back to Westown Ford to purchase a vehicle because I don't feel pressured to settle on a vehicle that I am not comfortable buying. All salesman are polite and address any concerns and help fi because I don't feel pressured to settle on a vehicle that I am not comfortable buying. All salesman are polite and address any concerns and help find what I have in mind,but give me comparable or better options. The service department is the best. I haven't met a rude or judgemental employee and don't think I will. More
