Not happy that I can't make an appt ahead of time for service work . Having to call for same day is ridiculous . We have numerous other appointments and need to b able to have set time and date . Made my appointment for a repair to our Escape everyone I talked to during that was helpful and courteous. During the appointment the mechanic came over and let me know what the issue with the car was and wh talked to during that was helpful and courteous.
