Absolute worst experience of our life. They sold us a truck WITHOUT A TITLE in November and we still don’t have a fix. We paid title fees in our paperwork but were not advised that the title hadn’t been truck WITHOUT A TITLE in November and we still don’t have a fix. We paid title fees in our paperwork but were not advised that the title hadn’t been received from the previous owner who traded it in. The only paperwork we received on our trade in was a odometer statement and a flood damage statement. It has been OVER a month and my trade in is not paid off, causing me to have to make another payment so my account doesn’t go to collections, with a truck I haven’t had in over a month. I also had to reach out to my old finance company because their representatives “could not reach anyone.”Watch out for this place - you can’t tell which trucks on the lot do not have a title, and/or when they will satisfy your trade in amount. I will never recommend this place to anyone! More

ONE KEY to a 2019 cadillac xts SUCKS I had to buy 2nd key for 165.00 $, no one told me until i paid for the catr that I would get only one key. that sucked. anyway i bought the 2nd key. never buy a car key for 165.00 $, no one told me until i paid for the catr that I would get only one key. that sucked. anyway i bought the 2nd key. never buy a car again without a 2nd key. I purchase a car every 3 years one for me and one for my daughter . she got a new ralllly sport Blazer from cheraw chevy with 2 keys!! when i purchase my new truck i will ask for 2 keys . JERRY HUNT SUPERCENTER SUCKS on the key deal I assumed I would receive two keys. they never offered to help with the price of another key, I even called the guy that sold me the car he said we sell a lot of cars with only one key. SO be careful when purchasing a car from JERRY HUNT !!!! i will repost this on Facebook and TWITTER. SO MAYBE JERRY WILL START GIVING THEIR CUSTOMERS 2 KEYS THATS BETTER THAN GETTING A BAD NAME OR CREATING A BAD REPOR WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS !!! More

Moving from a 2010 escape to a 2o17 a lot of controls have changed. Sales person Dan spent no time on location of instrumentation, Lights' a/c, Where is the radio? Taken to cashier to leave down payment. After I gave a down on my card for $5k they told me that I would have to pay $30 per thousand over 2 thousand . Needless to say I wouldn't have chosen to pay $90 . In the end I was left with a hot car, the A?C blowing like crazy, and Dan running away. Not happy at all with the way I was treated. More

Drove 4 hours to be told the 2018 6.7 Powerstroke short bed was infact a mistake and was a 6.2 gas truck and long bed and they only had 1 powerstroke on the lot and it was scratched up badly and was also a bed was infact a mistake and was a 6.2 gas truck and long bed and they only had 1 powerstroke on the lot and it was scratched up badly and was also a long bed and they wouldn't negotiate at all knowing I done wasted a whole day.. 4 hr of driving and $100 in diesel fuel and was approved for the total ammount as they now had me over a barrel and it was go home with a loss or make the deal... was so agrivated I chose to take the loss and leave. They are strictly a numbers game and get as many people on the lot as they can like a cattle sale. Very Disappointed More
