One star rating seems reasonable. Purchased a VW Tiguan from the South Hills, PA dealership on 11/7/2019. However, the day I was purchasing the vehicle he did not take it off the lot to clean and prep until after I showed up - we communicated prior the exact time and date I was showing up. Also, failed to notify me of a key document (Temporary Auto Identification Card) required prior to processing paperwork. Robert Zawojski (Finance Manager): Explained the paperwork thoroughly. Limited pressure altogether to sell you something additional. Main issue came on 1/17/2020. Robert emailed me stating I had not completed an Ohio VIN Inspection form (since I live in OH) and that I would need to before I can get the vehicle title. Only problem was I had never received that document at the time purchasing the vehicle nor became aware of it until Robert's email. After 4 days of getting nowhere with Robert I contacted another employee in hopes they may be of more assistance. Enter Jessica Cupini. Jessica Cupini (General Sales Manager): Was very helpful in picking up where Robert fell short to get my title work taken care of. She apologized on his behalf and promised to ensure a more thorough process on their part moving forward. After clarification on what additional documents they required she had me send the document USPS Express Mail on 1/22/2020 which I was told I would be reimbursed for - have yet to receive reimbursement from Cochran. As of 2/7/2020 (exactly one month after my vehicle's temp plate expired) my county clerks office confirmed that they still have NOT yet received the vehicle documents and title from Cochran. Would not recommend purchasing from Cochran's South Hills dealership unless you enjoy months of hassle and heartburn. More

You guys are rock stars, I hope someone at the dealership reads this and gives them praise for working with me! Super laid back, I felt intimidated at first shopping for my Certified Pre-Owned, but Dan was super nice, not pushy at all and by the end of the sale I felt like he was an old friend. Loved it. Show room was clean and fresh, everything was ready to go for me, answered all questions. I had a tricky trade situation and had a few little hoops to jump through, but NOTHING related to them, it was all me. We got it all worked out and I am so happy in my beautiful new car. Brandon, thank you for being understanding. Dan G. hope to see you again when stopping in! Would highly recommend. No BS, no wasting time, just to the point, beautiful cars, nice people. THANK YOU! Let's fast forward to my first service experience with them. I had purchased the Total Care package that would gave my car that extra cushion of warranty. Sadly, I had an unfortunate incident with my tire and a pothole that rendered my VW with some injuries. I panicked but knew I was in good hands. I called VW South Hills and Jessica C., Brady W. assisted my call with letting me know the next steps. Next morning, 7am sharp I was in with an appointment. Dropped my car off at 8:30am. Dan the shuttle driver got me where I needed to go, great personality, nice guy. Mark in service assured me all was taken care of, prompt, friendly on top of things! 11:30am, car is done, problem solved, amazing! I wrote a review to the Cochran site and got a nice phone call from Ryan from the Internet Marketing team and here we are. My car is all fixed up, lightning fast service, I'll be back on the road tonight in my pretty VW, feeling like a million bucks. Only purchased this car about six months ago and honestly it's been all gold here. Thanks VW team for working hard, getting the job done and being responsive! Amazing work! I have my #1 Cochran keychain still, rocking it with pride.
