Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am so sorry you did not have a 5 star experience at our dealership! We rely on the loan terms offered by our different banks. When we submitted your information to the banks for approval, they set the terms of the offered loan. The lender that approved you for the vehicle stated that a down payment of $1,500 would set your payments at $570 a month. We then asked the bank how we could get your payments to $450 a month and were told that a $5,000 down payment would lower your monthly payments to $450. I completely understand your frustration- we always want our customers to get the financing options they need! We work with a variety of lenders to find the best options available to our customers. I understand that our manager reached out to offer our continued assistance and you were approved for a loan but did not purchase a vehicle. We would love to continue to work with you and find a solution to get you into a vehicle you love. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist in your buying process.
