Nissan of Olathe is amazing! I drove to Nissan of Olathe to sell my car and that's exactly what happened. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Hank Martens, I drove to Nissan of Olathe to sell my car and that's exactly what happened. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Hank Martens, great guy. Hank was a pleasure to work with, had a great attitude, a smile on his face, and was easy to talk to during the entire process. Hank asked a few questions, the Nissan of Olathe team looked at my car, did a quick test drive and within minutes provided me an offer. The great thing about it was, they didn't try to low ball me or fight me on the price. I didn't even tell them how much I was looking for and they nailed the first offer they provided me. Hank helped me through all of the sales documentation, signed a few papers, and provided me all my finalized sales paperwork for the car I sold. The entire process was pleasant, I was in and out within 35 to 45 minutes. In 6 days of selling the car (including the weekend), my bank received the full sale amount from Nissan of Olathe which seemed like a fairly quick payoff for me coming to them on a Friday afternoon. That next Thursday which was truly only 4 business days, it was all paid up. I was very happy I went to Nissan of Olathe, it was a great decision without any hassle. Everyone at the Nissan of Olathe dealership including Hank and Daniel helping with the purchase of my car were all very nice to talk to and work with. I would totally come back to buy or sell another car anytime from Hank at Nissan of Olathe. KUDOS!!! to Hank and the Nissan of Olathe "dream team" for making my experience as smooth and seamless as it was and for showing me the individual attention they did when I arrived that Friday afternoon. 😁 Much appreciated, another happy customer 😊 More
