This was the most unfriendliest dealership I’ve ever been in. We bought a car, identified it wasn’t what we wanted immediately, we were looking at two vehicles, and as soon as we identified, we wanted the ot in. Toni was willing to lose a whole sale over $1000. When we came in to make the vehicle switch, Tony did not say a word to us or ensure that we were happy customers.
