Everything was prompt and was glad to see that the sitting room has the window option. I sat to watch the process unfold. I was a bit disappointed to see how aggressively my vehicle was driven out of sitting room has the window option. I sat to watch the process unfold. I was a bit disappointed to see how aggressively my vehicle was driven out of the facility and with not time for motor oil to warm up after a fresh oil change...as mechanics they should know better. my brakes were replaced at 46thousand miles. Rotors and pads then at 72 thousand miles they started making noise. This makes me think only pads were replaced the 1st time. Their excuse was city local diving caused them to wear down to a grinding point in 26 thousand miles. More
