When I drove in initially I was not acknowledged. although one agent was fiddling with his phone and the other was with a customer. Gary quickly finished with the customer he was attending to attend although one agent was fiddling with his phone and the other was with a customer. Gary quickly finished with the customer he was attending to attend to me as soon as possible while the other guy didn’t even bother. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately the tech that serviced my vehicle did not do the tire rotation. I brought it to Gary’s attention and he addressed it right away. Sadly oversights like this start to lead to mistrust. Lack of confidence in a service center for your vehicle is not a small issue. I do have to acknowledge Gary for his commitment to great service and the customers satisfaction. He is always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always makes sure that everything is top notch before I drive off and that’s why I continue to use this service center. More

I've received good service at Martin with other scheduled service. However, this recent visit, I brought in my car for a recall service which turned into a disappointment. One, they didn't have the parts f service. However, this recent visit, I brought in my car for a recall service which turned into a disappointment. One, they didn't have the parts for the recall even after scheduling the appointment which meant, I had to leave my car and get a rental to come back on a different day. Secondly, the cars remote start stopped working after the recall service was completed. As of now, I have not been able to resolve my remote start issue with Martin Nissan because I was told by Rich(in service) that it requires me take my car in for service. Unfortunately, I live over 30 miles away from the dealership and no other dealership will service my vehicle but recommend to take it back to Martin Nissan so they can take a look. More
