I purchased my first new 1999 Mercedes-Benz ML320 from "Atlanta Classic Cars" before the dealership changed its name to "Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast." Prior to visiting "Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta No "Atlanta Classic Cars" before the dealership changed its name to "Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast." Prior to visiting "Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast," I visited several Mercedes-Benz dealerships in-person and interacted with several salespersons online. Unfortunately, they lacked the integrity, quality of service, and empathy that I expect from a Mercedes-Benz Representative. When I arrived at "Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast" and was introduced to Daniel, he immediately displayed all the attributes of a reputable Mercedes-Benz Representative. Although this was my first time working with Daniel, he made feel like a valued customer. My goal in visiting the dealership was not to make a purchase that day, but Daniel was such an "honest broker" with such a positive "first impression" that I decided to buy my new car from him...that day! More
