This is my second time working with Dan and Duluth Volkswagen. I was a few hours away from home on a Friday when my vehicle started having problems. I was able to drop it off that evening and Dan said Volkswagen. I was a few hours away from home on a Friday when my vehicle started having problems. I was able to drop it off that evening and Dan said they could get to it on Monday. I was called on Monday and, to my delight, was told that there was a extended manufacturer coverage for the issue my vehicle was experiencing. I was also reminded that my front brakes were not getting any newer and they needed immediate attention. I was given a quote quickly, and told those upgrades could be done at the same time. To my absolute surprise, they offered to deliver my vehicle back when done. I live an hour and a half away.. They kept me informed on when it would arrive and they were on the money. They took a once stressful situation and made it a total pleasure. Thank you Dan, the technicians, the drivers, and Duluth VW. More

Brought my car in for an oil change and they found that the head gasket was leaking. Got me in promptly for warranty service, worked with me and my schedule for picking up/ dropping off loaner and found a the head gasket was leaking. Car seems to be doing fine so far after service. More

Owning a diesel car puts one in a distinct minority. In my case it's a Touareg TDI that I purchased out of "Dieselgate". A pesky engine light diverted me to this dealership on my way to the North Shore. In my case it's a Touareg TDI that I purchased out of "Dieselgate". A pesky engine light diverted me to this dealership on my way to the North Shore. I was concerned at first that this dealership would not have the expertise to deal with the emissions system. I couldn't have been more wrong. Turns out this was the top dealership in the nation for Touaregs in the post-Diesel gate era.. They made sure that the repairs worked by taking it on a lengthy test drive. I've had zero problems with my emissions system since the repair. More
