I enjoy my interactions with the folks at VW of Duluth. They take good care of my car and of me. I like to work on projects on my computer while I wait for the service to be completed. The waiting area has a comfortable chairs and tables to work at. My only suggestion would be to lower the volume on the ambient music. It can be a bit distracting if you are trying to focus on work. Lacked communication about when to pickup my vehicle and when the service center actually closes. Was not told the service center closes at 5 and was told at 4:40 to pickup my vehicle.
