Purchased a new crv. 30000 miles later all 4 tires are cupped and ruined. Please do your self a favor before spending your hard earned money, do not buy from Schaller Honda. The car was a top of the line model Crv, hybrid , sport touring. A multi point inspection was done every 5000 miles with an oil change and tire rotation. If I had not cared for the vehicle, I would only be out the rear tires. Rotating them ruined all 4 tires! I found out the rear camber is set at the factory at a negative angle. This has been an on going problem with the crv burning through tires and Honda knows this and issued a service bulletin for past models. Schaller would not stand behind the tires and the suspension that wore out the tires at only 30000 miles. They did not even offer a pro rated discount on the tires. They tried to tell me the tires were fine and had a lot of tread left. I said really? Put that in writing. The report stated all 4 tires were cupped, which is a safety issue, and needed to be replaced along with an alignment. It wasn’t until my 6th oil change and tire rotation that a alignment was recommended. At that point the tires were noticeably cupped and needing replacement. This is my 3rd and unfortunately last Honda. Schaller Honda is not trustworthy, saying one thing and printing another. A 47000 dollar vehicle should not have to replace tires after 30000 mostly highway miles. That is common sense. Apparently Schaller Honda has none. Please do your self a favor, do not buy the Crv, it has issues with the tires and suspension. You can Google the information. Stay away from Schaller, they are horrible! More
