Service has been exceptional with one major issue and some minor exceptions! 1) changing policy, standard services that have been in place for 30+ years should be grandfathered, not cancelled without ex some minor exceptions! 1) changing policy, standard services that have been in place for 30+ years should be grandfathered, not cancelled without exception (e.g., porter p/u car). This was discussed at sale. Why would I pay list for a car at Northside/Westside instead of Sterling McCall if I have to drive back and forth to Westside which takes over 3 hours versus 3 exits to SM? The new COO (Nate) clearly thinks this is Fred Haas TOYOTA and that cost cutting without researching and validating the affect on sales, return sales, service, etc. is a professionally sound approach. Well, I am about to buy another this year. Daughter next year. Unless the porter service is provided, we will no longer buy any vehicle nor service from any company owned by Friedkin. 2 times not washing the car, a breakdown getting the "complete message to Daniel", thus, car was not ready for more than an hour which disrupted p/u of special needs son. We have attempted to purchase a new 350 RX from Westside three other times, and bought elsewhere. We were there to service my vehicle.
