Purchasing my new GX460 from Westside Lexus was an amazing and easy experience. The individuals I worked with were fantastic, fun, and knowledgeable. They listened to what was important to me from the SUV features and the financing terms. The education I received from the sales and finance team before driving away was invaluable. We were disappointed that the car I originally looked at in Feb 2024 was not available when I went to buy a car this month. I specifically was interested in buying the (2023 GX460 Premium plus sports desig in Feb 2024 was not available when I went to buy a car this month. I specifically was interested in buying the (2023 GX460 Premium plus sports design package- White Color). However, I specifically made an appointment with Shawn, and he did not tell me prior, the White car was already sold/not available. I went to the dealership on Friday, March 1, with the intention to buy it. So, he said there was Silver and Black. I tried to negotiate off the MSRP sticker price of the 2023 GX 460 Silver car. We did not come to a deal at that visit and I walked out of dealership disappointed. But, Shawn texted me back and said he was locked in at X" discount from the GM. I did return to the dealership the same evening and purchased the car. I had previously bought 2 cars from this dealership and had an 5 star excellent experience (Jeff Margolis). Unfortunately, he retired. More
