I was unimpressed with the service. Unlike dealerships I’ve been to in this past, this one did not explain what they were doing to my car and left me in the waiting room for nearly 3 hours with no update. Later that night my air pressure on my tires were low despite that being something they should have checked when i went in saying that they did a tire rotation. More

5 stars hands down. No excessive price markup, friendly sales staff, smooth transactions. Dan was patient, kind and knowledgeable, while Charles found my wife a slightly better rate, than the pre approval sales staff, smooth transactions.
