Planet Nissan for many years and our recent purchase was reasonably seamless, with a slight glitch in communication between the salesman and service department when we took the car in for window tinting. We rate Mike a 4.5 stars. The finance guy, whose name we forget was excellent.
We have serviced our previous vehicle at Planet Nissan for 18 years, however the cost of servicing a vehicle over the last couple of years has risen to astronomical rates. We have also had a couple of experiences where customer follow up for our vehicle while in service was not up to standard. With our new purchase we will continue to have the vehicle serviced there but will review it when our warranty expires.
