This dealership turned what should have been a straightforward transaction into a financial nightmare. The financing was completely mishandled, poorly explained, and riddled with problems that I was left to clean up after the fact. What I was told during the deal did not match what ultimately happened, and the consequences cost me thousands of dollars, time, and unnecessary stress. There was zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero urgency to fix the mess they created. Once the paperwork was signed, it was clear the customer no longer mattered. The situation became even worse due to an issue involving a company vehicle and the owner/GM, Jay Ganzi. His behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable for someone in his position. Instead of stepping up and resolving the issue responsibly, I was met with deflection, poor communication, and an attitude that made it clear they had no intention of making things right. This dealership does not operate in good faith. They will smile while selling you a vehicle and disappear the moment problems arise—especially when it comes to financing. If you’re considering doing business here, understand this: once they have your signature, you’re on your own. Save yourself the headache, the financial damage, and the regret.
