I love Mini of Ramsey! I had a service appointment scheduled for next week but woke up to a flat tire this am. I had someone from Progressive to put the spare on. I then realized that I would not feel safe driving around until next week on my spare and phoned Mini. Andrea worked me into the calendar and as usual Dan was so professional and they got me back motoring in an hour! I would highly recommend this dealership! Ruby has been my sales go to for 6 Minis and she is awesome! I always am greeted with a big smile and hug when I come in. Do yourself a favor and if you are looking for a new car come here❤️ More

Big waste of time no clarification on the letter. MINI sent me for the defect on my daughter‘s car. First time I went to get it fixed. I got nowhere because nobody had any parts. Very disappointing.
