Dan is the best customer service rep that I have ever dealt with. He helped me out by looking a my mini cooper in 2023 when I wasn’t yet a Customer. I had something dragging under my ca as I traveled o dealt with. He helped me out by looking a my mini cooper in 2023 when I wasn’t yet a Customer. I had something dragging under my ca as I traveled on Rt 17 drinking from Hunter Mt to Middletown, NJ. I thought it was a part of my car’s “under belly” but Dan let me know it was some hard plastic strip I picked up while driving. The peace of mind was great. So, when I needed to have servicing done, I wanted to try out Mini of Ramsey. Dan and his team kept me posted on activities and Dan took the time to show me things “under the roof”. I live on the Jersey shore 1\2 the year but ski in upstate NY Nov—April. Mini of Ramsey will be my go to when I am needing service in the winter seasons. Maybe event all year round. More

It was a pleasant experience. Jason was very upfront and professional.
