Daniel was helpful but overall the service I brought my MINI Cooper SE in for has made my driving experience demonstrably worse. My car used to average 114 miles of range on a full charge. When I brought it in for service I specifically asked whether the service under recall would result in any ill effects or loss of range. I was told it would t, yet ever since the service was done i am now averaging 90 miles on.a full charge, which I find unacceptable. That’s nearly a 25 percent loss in range. I regret doing the service. In addition, the dealership charges way more for tires and a brake light repair… I was able to source an OEM brake light for less than half of the dealer estimate. One nice thing: they touched up a paint chip on my rear wing. I was most appreciative of that. More
