I write a positive review every time I get service at MINI of Ramsey because I’m so thankful for an honest trustworthy dealership. I have been to two other northern New Jersey dealers and that both gener MINI of Ramsey because I’m so thankful for an honest trustworthy dealership. I have been to two other northern New Jersey dealers and that both generated fancy reports itemizing thousands of dollars of “critical” maintenance. I guess Jason and the management of MINI of Ramsey (formerly Prestige MINI) have decided it’s better to grow the business through customer loyalty and positive word of mouth than to squeeze out every dollar they can get on each visit. I have family members who don’t understand why I have service done at a dealership. And I get why they might say that if their only experience was with these other types of swindlers. Why pay some guy with a garage to do a cheap repair that may or may not hold up (or may not be required in the first place) when you can have honest mechanics who know more about MINIs than anyone else, use OEM MINI parts, and get the job done right and at a reasonable cost. It’s a no brainer. More
