My wife and I had a fantastic experience at MINI of Ramsey. We felt like family from the moment we walked in the door. Ruby King was kind and personable, not pushy. She helped us pick out our first MIN Ramsey. We felt like family from the moment we walked in the door. Ruby King was kind and personable, not pushy. She helped us pick out our first MINI, and even though we were buying used, she treated us like any customer who was there to buy new. Ruby was also sincere and accommodating, even when it came to a longer-than-expected wait on the paperwork. That is where Michelle stepped in; she sped up the process and had me out the front door with our keys in minutes. I met Dan when I had to return the car for a scheduled service. He shared in the MINI vibe, calm and relaxed, even when juggling a few customers. He put me into a loaner and sent me on my way with a smile. They are definitely not your average dealership. They showed they care more about people and the experience than the transaction. Highly recommended!!! More
