Our relationship with them has grown in confidence that we have a Mini dealership close to us an hour away in Allentown PA but, we rather do the hour and half trip to Ramsey. The staff, from the receptionist at the front desk, service stay to the sales personnel and the mechanics are friendly and courteous. That’s why I give them a five star. I was really pleased with my latest service. I had come in last year around the same time and was not as pleased; perhaps it was the service advisor.
