We’ve been doing business with this dealership since 2012 when we bought our first Mini Cooper Hardtop. Our experience with this dealership in Ramsey was so outstanding that we are now in our second Mini, a when we bought our first Mini Cooper Hardtop. Our relationship with them has grown in confidence that we have a Mini dealership close to us an hour away in Allentown PA but, we rather do the hour and half trip to Ramsey. The staff, from the receptionist at the front desk, service stay to the sales personnel and the mechanics are friendly and courteous. That’s why I give them a five star. I was really pleased with my latest service. I had come in last year around the same time and was not as pleased; perhaps it was the service advisor. I didn’t feel there was the right level of f I had come in last year around the same time and was not as pleased; perhaps it was the service advisor. I didn’t feel there was the right level of follow up and had to do too much of the leg work in getting answers etc. This round, Daniel was super helpful and explained the issues with the car and what should be done and what could wait.
