The whole service experience was good from start to finish. I was checked in quickly and efficiently. The work was explained to me. While waiting I was very comfortable in the waiting area. I received a video showing measurements and work which was informative and reassuring. The bubble bath made my car glisten. The only think I could make simmer about is the snacks offered in the waiting area. Minis are trad. British vehicles, so offering a super fancy machine that serves 15 different types of coffee, but not a single option for tea was a little disappointing…not even a lonely tea bag. :( but this is very minor and doesn’t detract from the otherwise stellar experience.
