Had a bad issue with my 2015 hard top, with multiple faults and ended up needing new cam shaft and expensive repairs. Service team worked through it and communicated very well to solve it. I went to the Manhattan Metro Mini dealership. No thanks. When I actually had a problem, I came to MINI of Ramsay, and boy what a difference! Now every time I go there, they remember me, they ask questions, When I actually had a problem, I came to MINI of Ramsay, and boy what a difference!
