Ridiculous Parts Department. Called in looking for engine mounts on an Explorer. Provided last 8 of Vin, the guy gives me a price and I ask for the part number to confirm this is the passenger engine mount. mounts on an Explorer. Provided last 8 of Vin, the guy gives me a price and I ask for the part number to confirm this is the passenger engine mount. The employee literally tells me they don’t give out part numbers! I call 2 other local Ford dealers and they had no issue giving me the part number and price. I’ve never had this issue with ANY other Ford, Honda, Hyundai, or Toyota dealer. What does this tell you about this employee in the Parts department? Simply doesn’t want to provide a part number for you to shop around elsewhere. Turns out that the Ford dealership in Quincy was cheaper and had no issue providing that part number. I’ll never do business with this Ford dealer again. More

Purchase of a used ford explorer After coming to an agreement on a deal for a used Ford Explorer, the sales staff were extremely cooperative in regard to taking care of a few items After coming to an agreement on a deal for a used Ford Explorer, the sales staff were extremely cooperative in regard to taking care of a few items requiring attention, which were contingent to closing the Deal. Wayne Lockhart,my salesman, is a pleasure to deal with, and made sure I was totally satisfied with my new used vehicle especially after the purchase was completed. The general manager,Scott Lewis, extends himself well beyond the expected limits to ensure total customer satisfaction. To think a prospective buyer could find better treatment at any other Ford dealership would be foolish! Shop Herb Chambers first, and you’ll go nowhere else! More

I called Scott sales manager he took my credit card information over the phone on a Sunday so that I would be able to pick my truck once I arrived back in Boston. The service area had closed on Saturday but I was able to get my truck for Monday that's what I call customer service. More
