I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and had a great experience both times. I have also used them for routine service and repair work . Ridiculous Parts Department. Called in looking for engine mounts on an Explorer. Provided last 8 of Vin, the guy gives me a price and I ask for the part number to confirm this is the passenger engine mount. mounts on an Explorer. Provided last 8 of Vin, the guy gives me a price and I ask for the part number to confirm this is the passenger engine mount. The employee literally tells me they don’t give out part numbers! I call 2 other local Ford dealers and they had no issue giving me the part number and price. I’ve never had this issue with ANY other Ford, Honda, Hyundai, or Toyota dealer. What does this tell you about this employee in the Parts department? Simply doesn’t want to provide a part number for you to shop around elsewhere. Turns out that the Ford dealership in Quincy was cheaper and had no issue providing that part number. I’ll never do business with this Ford dealer again. More

Purchase of a used ford explorer After coming to an agreement on a deal for a used Ford Explorer, the sales staff were extremely cooperative in regard to taking care of a few items After coming to an agreement on a deal for a used Ford Explorer, the sales staff were extremely cooperative in regard to taking care of a few items requiring attention, which were contingent to closing the Deal. Wayne Lockhart,my salesman, is a pleasure to deal with, and made sure I was totally satisfied with my new used vehicle especially after the purchase was completed. The general manager,Scott Lewis, extends himself well beyond the expected limits to ensure total customer satisfaction. To think a prospective buyer could find better treatment at any other Ford dealership would be foolish! Shop Herb Chambers first, and you’ll go nowhere else! More

I called Scott sales manager he took my credit card information over the phone on a Sunday so that I would be able to pick my truck once I arrived back in Boston. The service area had closed on Saturday but I was able to get my truck for Monday that's what I call customer service. More

All those sales were handles By Mr. Wayne Lockard . This week I picked up my pre-ordered 2017 Ford Edge Titanium. Me and my wife Jinnie decided to order so we got just what we wanted. Wayne made the decision go so smoothly because of his Super Salesperson Skills. he helped us put together one of the finest Crossovers we have owned and it was very fast with his expert knowledge of how package groups went together. His kind and fun and way of selling made it very comfortable to work with him. And the Dealership as well. No BS no leading us on no talking us into things we did not want. Comfortable and easy going all the way. That is why we went to him for our last 5 cars. And what a great pleasure to have the best guy there ready to help 15 years of taking great care of me and my wife Jinnie. Any and all questions were answered right off the top of his head. Even questions I never even thought of he was able to explain and show us how everything worked and why. I would also like to thank some other 5 star people involved First Scott Lewis General Manager of the Dealership who personally made sure all was going well. Mr. Miguel Silva who made financing quick and easy to get through. Mr. Richard Trieber for putting the numbers together and helping us make them fit. Just and excellent Sales staff and Managers that have been so helpful over the 5 Vehicles we have purchased from this one Herb Chambers Dealership. I Hope Mr. Herb Chambers will take the time to personally thank these 3 men who clearly work to make the customer Happy and give off a feeling of kindness and Trust and a true caring for the customers who come into this Dealership. I have always recommended them and will continue to do so for another 36 month's until we will be back to order from Wayne again on the next one.
