The wait was longer than I expected, but the place was packed with cars being serviced and everyone was moving pretty fast. The wait area was clean and comfortable. Showed up for an early appointment to change out a part I had ordered months ago + an oil change. Was told to call ahead of time to make sure the part was in. It was. Took 2.5 hrs for the sales rep to ask me had ordered months ago + an oil change. Was told to call ahead of time to make sure the part was in. It was. Took 2.5 hrs for the sales rep to ask me my permission to replace the part and said it would be another 3.5 hours for the labor. So it took 2.5 hours to only change my oil? Was quoted 1.5-2hr when I pulled up but even that felt high. Sat in the waiting room with a toddler the entire time. Top it off, after I paid I noticed the receipt had a charge for the part the didn’t replace. It wasn’t mentioned ahead of time and when I asked the rep said that they didn’t charge me the labor. Absolutely atrocious time management and an exhausting morning. Spoke to management and he didn’t ask my name or make notes on the account, just told me to “remind” him to make it right next time.
