Good, no pressure buying experience. I bought the first truck I test drove. I did loads of research leading up to my visit to Interstate Ford. They happened to have the right vehicle, at I bought the first truck I test drove. I did loads of research leading up to my visit to Interstate Ford. They happened to have the right vehicle, at the right price, even though the interior needs lots of love. The previous owner drove dirt roads, and must have had a litter of dogs, or ran a hair salon out of the cab. I cannot imagine what it looked like when it came in. Al in all, very pleased, and happy to detail the interior myself, since I paid the price I wanted. More

It was like having a conversation with just a friend instead of with a pushy salesman. We went in to look at a used truck but ended up purchasing a new one. Scooter was fantastic to work with, very knowledgable and more interested in us getting what we wanted than making a sale. I appreciate that. We had previously shopped at another Ford dealership and left because we felt like they were not listening to what we wanted and were only concerned with the sale. We are very pleased with the way we were treated at Interstate and by "Scooter" and "Q" in the finance department. This was probably the best car buying experience we have had. And I am glad we made the drive from Castle Rock, it was worth it. More

Having been to several dealerships and getting the price gauntlet thrown at us we were fed up. After searching online, we found the perfect ruck, perfect price tag, but it was 2 hours away. After talking to Daniel "Scooter" Snider on the phone he did all the work of getting us ready to purchase the truck. There wasn't any hidden fees, just straight up, honest business. When we decided to drive down to pick up the truck the process was as painless as can be. Thank you to all we worked with that night. It was well worth the 2 hour late night drive! Daniel and Todd were extremely We first visited Interstate Ford last week to look at used Escapes, but we ended up bringing home a 2016 Escape today. Daniel and Todd were extremely helpful both at the dealership and on the telephone. Daniel also spent the time to show us the ins and the outs of the car before we left. We didn't think we would be able to afford a brand new car, but they were able to give us a very fair price. They answered all our questions and didn't pressure us into anything we weren't interested in. They put up with our not always happy one year old (Todd was even willing to pick him up when he followed him around) and made the process as easy as possible to get us out of there quickly. The rest of the staff was also really friendly and helpful (Rob is the best!). Overall great experience. More
