The one thing I really don't like about Bill Ray Nissan is being asked to fill out a review every time I come in for service. If I had a problem, I wouldn't come back. You are the only ones who has service is being asked to fill out a review every time I come in for service. If I had a problem, I wouldn't come back. You are the only ones who has serviced my car. I am really tired of getting all these multiple requests. Even if you do dill it out, it doesn't let you submit the review if you skipped something. You are wasting my time. I don't know the names of the people who served me so I can't rate them. So I am rating them all with the lowest rating. I am assuming that Management and Administration came up with this ridiculous survey. More

Spark Plugs installed incorrectly. Damaged head by stripping the spark plug site. Spark plugs were loose, and engine was backfiring seriously. Car was taken back, and technician was un Damaged head by stripping the spark plug site. Spark plugs were loose, and engine was backfiring seriously. Car was taken back, and technician was unable to find anything wrong with the car. Took the car over to Autonation Ford service for a diagnostics and found out that spark plugs were not seated properly, and engine head was stripped. Vehicle was taken back to Bill Ray Nissan to fix the problem. I got the car back and it still trembles and exhaust gurgling. A refund was issued for the original work. I took it back to Autonation Ford and they stated that spark plugs were still not seated properly, and it needs a new cylinder head. I believe that Bill Ray Nissan would have to pay for the damage done to my 2008 Ford Mustang. More
