Daniel delivered before the day was done! I finally had enough of my death trap of a pick up truck. I had been researching the cluster of dealerships my jalopy limped by on a regular basis in Bay Ridge but further investigation into their practices yielded warning signs in every shade of "No" and I really don't have time to be upsold or jerked around. I have a tiny restaurant in Red Hook and most of our provisions must be sourced by yours truly so being that I spend so much time in BK traffic, I figured it was time spend $ on something new to cope with it and insure I would safely return to base camp with a completed shopping list, all my limbs and some modicum of sanity. A customer mentioned "lease brokers" recently so when I woke up a day ago, I figured, "what the xxxx?" I found this company asked if it was true I could get a car delivered to me that very day and, could someone also get the xxxx truck out of my sight at the same time? The answer was, "Yes." I dealt with a dude, Daniel S. I'm not a picky gal and really hate shopping and too many choices so MY requirements were as follows: cranking AC, 4 wheels, fabric interior and a budget of X. Within hours, I got a shiny new Nissan delivered TO MY DOOR and the old truck went bye bye. I've had more difficult transactions at Starbucks! Seriously, SO quick and painless, zero xx and minimal paperwork. Dude made it SO freaking easy I actually look forward to doing it again in 3 years time. Hopefully he owns the business by then and all the staff have learned from him how you can make a deal by being human, listening to and delivering what the customer wants. AND delivering the goods. Excellent experience. More
